Madrasa Discourses Web Curriculum

The Madrasa Discourses Project has developed a free and online curricular website for students and scholars around the world! Interested in the Madrasa Discourses approach? We invite you to take the Madrasa Discourses challenge and take the self-guided online course!

Visit: Madrasa Discourses Web

Thanks to the generous support of the John Templeton Foundation, students and instructors around the world will now have access to an open version of the Madrasa Discourses curriculum, complete with tailored video content, interrelated guiding questions, and special access to academic texts. The website guides participants through the equivalent of four semesters of scholarly material, weaving traditional Islamic theological resources with contemporary reflections emerging from the Islamic as well as other traditions. The Madrasa Discourses Website features carefully curated materials to guide students and scholars through questions of history and Islamic ethics, science and its relationship with theology, and contemporary challenges to Islamic theology.

If you have any questions about the course and how you can incorporate it into existing programs of study, please feel free to contact us at cm@nd.edu.
